Power Pilates of Waco is a fully-equipped Pilates studio, located inside the WRS Athletic Club. Since opening in 2014, we have been committed to providing all our clients, whether in private or group classes, with the individual attention they need to meet their goals and build strength, flexibility, postural alignment, balance, and coordination.
As a Power Pilates client, you will join others who have experienced increased energy, strength, stamina, and confidence, as well as improved sleep quality, posture, and overall well-being.
