Private and Semi-Private Pilates Sessions
Choose Pilates Private Sessions to get the maximum results from your workout. Every session will be customized to meet your unique needs and meet your personal health and fitness goals.
Private sessions are right for you if:
- You are new to Pilates. Private sessions are great for first-time students to get familiar with Pilates equipment, terminology, and movement.
- You have health issues that require personal attention and exercise modifications. If you are recovering from an injury or surgery, experience back pain, or any other related health issues, private sessions will allow your Instructor to build an individualized program specific to your needs.
Choose Semi-Private Pilates Sessions (2 people) to enjoy the benefits of individual sessions in a more cost-effective manner. Semi-Private sessions are a perfect option for spouses who want to work out together as well as friends and family members.
