Group Reformer Classes

Basic Reformer Level 1-2

Beginner to intermediate level. Deliberately paced Pilates Reformer workout that is perfect for students who have just started Pilates. This class will help you to become more comfortable on the equipment while focusing on awareness, breath, and control. We will learn all basic Pilates exercises before approaching more difficult moves. Introductory session is required for this class.

Total Body Reformer Level 2

Intermediate Level Reformer Class. Deliberate- to moderate-paced workout focusing on core strength, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, total body strength, and conditioning. Introductory Reformer sessions are required for this class.

Total Body Reformer. Level 2-3

Strong intermediate to Advanced Level Reformer Class. This moderate- to fast-paced workout combines cardio with total-body strength and conditioning and will define your core and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility, and mind-body connection. Perfect for kicking up metabolism and increasing caloric burn. This class is for students who have taken several Pilates Reformer sessions and do not have any physical limitations. Class may include props, such as resistance bands, stability balls, mat work, ballet barre, and jump-board. Please consult the instructor before signing up for the class.

Core, Balance and Flexibility. Pilates Reformer. All levels

This workout combines traditional Pilates on the Reformer, Barre and contemporary exercises to offer a low-impact, challenging workout focusing on lower body strength, glutes and hamstrings, core strength, balance and flexibility. This class is an energizing, whole-body workout that’s great for everyone, from beginners to pros. Suitable for all fitness levels. No previous Pilates experience is required but recommended.

Core, Endurance and Coordination. Pilates Reformer and Jumpboard. Cardio class. Level 2+

This fun, energetic and challenging Full Body Workout will combine Classical Pilates Reformer exercises with elements of Jumpoboard flows to increase your heart rate and build your strength, endurance and coordination. During jumpboard exercises, the board allows you to simulate the cardio of jumping, without the impact on your joints of actually jumping up and down. You will also work on your proprioception (the awareness of your body in space ), and reflex actions (for example, fall prevention). Previous Pilates Reformer experience is required.

Pilates for men Reformer level 2

These classes, designed specifically for men, help you build strength, flexibility, balance, and core power to minimize the risk of injury and boost athletic performance. Introductory Reformer sessions or previous Pilates experience are recommended for this class.
