Do I need previous teaching experience?

No. You do not need previous teaching experience to begin training. A strong interest in Pilates, movement, and helping others is the most important starting point.

Previous Pilates experience is helpful, but requirements may depend on the program you choose. If you are not sure which program is right for you, submit a request and we will help guide you.
Training dates are determined by request and enrollment. Once students enroll, we coordinate start dates and weekend lecture dates.

Yes. Most in-person lecture hours are held on weekends to make the program more accessible for working professionals and busy schedules.

Yes. Students complete online learning, coursework, and quizzes as part of the Pilates Educational Institute curriculum.

Yes. Students have access to complete required observation, personal practice, and practice teaching hours in our studio without additional studio rental fees.
Does tuition include manuals?
Yes. Tuition includes all required PEI manuals and educational materials.
Yes. After completing all required hours, coursework, assessments, and exams, students receive a Certificate of Completion.

Yes. Our 100 -Hour Pilates mat and 450-Hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training meet the education requirement to apply for the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) exam, helping graduates take the next step toward national certification.

Yes. We may be able to help you continue your education through our Comprehensive Bridge Program. Your previous training will be reviewed to determine the best pathway toward completing your comprehensive certification.
