Power Pilates Reformer Studio offers private and small group Pilates training on Reformer, Combo Chair, Tower and other Pilates equipment and apparatus. Whether training privately or in a small group setting, instructor will customize the session to meet needs of every student. You DON'T have to be a member of WRS Athletic Club to schedule your Pilates session.
Group Reformer classes
Reformer classes are perfect if you want to increase strength, flexibility and coordination. Are you suffering from lower back pain? Or maybe you just want to improve your posture? Then come to work out with us and feel the difference after a few sessions! One of the best things about the reformer is its versatility. Exercises can be done lying down, sitting, standing, pulling the straps, pushing the footbar, sideways and all kinds of variations thereof. The resistance created by the pulley and spring system can provide more challenging strength and endurance workout than mat classes. It may also produce visible results sooner – arms, legs and abdominal muscles can look more firm and defined within a dozen or so regular sessions.

Private Pilates Classes
Choose a One-on-One training program to work privately with an instructor to perfect your technique and get maximum results from your workout. During PRIVATE apparatus class, you will use the Pilates Apparatus (i.e., Reformer, Tower, Chair and Ladder Barrel) as well as incorporate Pilates mat work into the session. Privates are recommended for first time students. This is a great way to familiarize yourself with the terminology and movement of Pilates

If you are new to Pilates, it would be best to start in the beginner Mat Pilates class and work your way up to a more challenging level. Pilates Fusion is a Pilates based workout focusing on core strength, flexibility and total body conditioning fused with a perfect mix of cardio and body sculpting exercises set to fun music.
New to Pilates? Than Begin with Pilates Fundamentals and traditional Pilates flow in group mat classes. The exercises in the traditional program create a challenging workout that will help you improve posture and create long, lean muscles without bulking up. Occasionally, you will use the exercise balls, bands or other accessories to assist with the mat workout. Each exercise has modification to assist those who are beginning to develop their core strength or have physical challenges.
